What: A Jane Austen theme park larp.
When: Run 1: From 1 PM on 3 April 2025 to 11 AM on 6 April 2025.
Run 2: From 1 pm 7 April 2025 to 11 AM on 10 April 2025.
Where: Rockelstad slott outside Flen. There will be a bus organised to and from the larp from the bus terminal by Stockholm Central. Tickets will be sold separately.
Language: The larp will be played in English.
Sleeping: Sleeping will be done in-game in one of three houses. The Heroes will sleep in dormitories or bedrooms with a maximum of five beds. Heroines will sleep in bedrooms with up to four people in one room. All other groups will sleep in rooms for 2–5 people.
Accessibility: The larp takes place on two floors of several historic houses. The houses have steps leading up to them, and the upper floors are not wheelchair accessible.

The Sign-Up Process: The first round of sign ups was open until the 31st of May, but it is still possible to sign up for the waiting list. People in the first sign up round should know whether you have a spot or not by the 15th of June at the latest.
Every month up until the larp we will go through the people signed up for the larp and offer spots to people on that list, based on a lottery system. Your chances of getting a spot depends on which character groups you have selected, as well as how many players drop out. If you do not receive a spot, we will keep you on the waiting list.
To confirm that you want your spot we want you to pay a non-refundable deposit of €50 (that will later be deducted from your ticket). You will receive your character group before you make your decision. 

Social Media: The primary social media platform for the larp will be Discord, but all information will be sent out via e-mail. There is a Facebook group for general questions, but once the signups have closed we will move to private channels on Discord.

Who gets in: The spots at the larp will mostly be distributed through a lottery system (85% of the spots), some characters will be cast and some spots will be reserved for people who have contributed to the larp.

Standard ticket: €500
Subsidised ticket: €400
Sponsor ticket: €700
Helpers: Free, regardless of if you are part of the kitchen, GM or Park team. You will have to organize your own transport to the larp.
Special ticket (only a few available): Play the same Hero character at both runs. €800 in total.

Payment deadlines: Deposit of €50 to be paid when accepting the spot. The rest of your ticket is due two months after accepting the spot. It is possible to pay in installments if you reach out to us via e-mail. Payments will be done using Stripe.

Refund policy: If you cancel your participation before the 30th of January 2025, we will refund you your entire ticket, minus your non-refundable €50 deposit. If you cancel your participation after that date, we cannot guarantee a refund. It will depend on if we can get another player for that character and what that person is willing to pay for the ticket. 

Costume guide

Can be found here. When putting together oufits, historic authenticity is not prioritised. Instead focus on achieving the right kind of silhouette and colour palette. Make up is allowed, but try not to make it too extreme.
